How do I return my item?

We are extremely sorry to hear that our product wasn't right for you. You can return your item within 30 days of purchase assuming that:

• It's new
• It hasn't been used
• The packaging hasn't been opened

To return your item please acquire your order reference number and email us at info@havendynamic.co.uk to start the return process.
